A Moroccan chef residing in Qatar, I have experience in European cooking in general and Italian in particular (18 years of experience since 2001), in addition to 5 years of experience in Qatar, where my experience contributed to: - Opening 5 branches of “Walden Bakery” restaurants - Training Staff with running a kitchen - The opening of the 'Lumber Jack' restaurant in Al Khor and the management of the kitchen specializing in: Italian pizza, pasta of all kinds, salads, gratin, fillet. I have evidence and diplomas from Italy to prove this, certified by the Italian Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
