The ideal candidate should have a strong background in secretarial duties, fluency in both Arabic and English languages, proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, and excellent file management skills. Knowledge of handling shipping companies and customs clearance procedures is also preferred. Responsibilities: Manage administrative tasks efficiently. Coordinate with shipping companies and customs clearance agencies. Organize and maintain files accurately. Provide support to the team as needed. Requirements: Fluent in Arabic and English (both written and spoken). Previous experience in secretarial roles is required. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
