- Manage large amounts of incoming calls - Close sales over the phone - Assess customers’ problems and needs to achieve satisfaction - Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools - Go the extra mile to engage customers - Take payment information and other pertinent information such as addresses and phone numbers - Attempt to persuade customer to close orders on rack rate - Resolve customer complaints via phone and email - Prepare product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information Requirements: • 1-2 years of proven customer support experience • Strong phone handling skills and active listening • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters • Excellent communication and presentation skills • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively • Any graduate degree preferred *** Interested candidates, please email on level_tec@yahoo.com
