Housing Coordinator Wanted

We are Urgently seeking Candidates for the below position. HOUSING CO-ORDINATOR 1. Supervising the maintenance team to repair all maintenance requests such as plumbing, electrical, masonry, painter, AC, carpentry, and other related works for housing. 2. Communicate regularly and effectively with the clients. 3. Receiving email/phone calls from client’s inquiries. 4. Coordination and scheduling of housing maintenance requests. 5. Keep client case files up to date and organized such as Inventory, work order request, delivery note, Inspection report, move in and move out report. 6. Inspection of buildings, housing, villas, and apartments to ensure the safe, cleanliness, security, and maintenance. Candidate should possess valid Qatar Driving License and Valid Residency.
